This year we had lots of help with picking garlic and bring it into our drying shed. Despite the rain and the cold weather, most of the varieties look very good. In 3 to 4 weeks, our garlic will be ready for sale. Have a look at the “Varieties 2017” tab and contact us if you have any question!
All our varieties of garlic are looking very good and healthy, despite the very wet weather we have had in the last few weeks. We should be able to start harvesting starting on July 17.
We picked our scapes 3 weeks ago. We have still have some for sale. If you live in the Ottawa-Gatineau area come and buy your supply (they freeze really well and you can make delicious pesto with it) and visit our farm at the same time!
With help from friends and family, we planted 22,000 garlic cloves last weekend. Now hoping for a good snow cover and a great growing season next summer. Thank you everyone!

Our garlic overwintered really well despite a very cold and long winter. This weekend we started harvesting our scapes. They are tender, juicy and delicious!
